Camp Della rooms are situated on a hill. Access to the tents is through stairs.

Personal vehicles will not be permitted within the premises. Internal transport will be provided up to the nearest pick up and drop off point.

Drivers are not allowed to sleep in the car in the parking lot and drivers’ accommodation is available for an additional cost of INR 2,000 + Taxes per night included breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the designated venue.

Driver accommodation would be subject to availability at the time of check-in.

Visitors are not allowed in the guest rooms post 19.00 hrs. Post 19.00 hrs extra occupant charges would be applicable and the Visitor must register with the front desk with a valid photo ID.

Worth the experience for one time
We visited this property on the occasion of my husband's birthday! He just loved it. Overall experience was worth it, staff is very co-operative and friendly. it's a good property worth the experience.
Only concern is property is too far so you won't get uber or ola services and you left with no choice from opting service from resort. It's quite expensive like almost double they charge as compare to what uber will charge you. Resort should provide cab services at reasonable rate.

Product offered was way below the quality for the high price paid and expected.
Courteous hotel staff ( bell boys , room cleaning , etc ) Scenic location and facilities. Lot of activities to do and is a good getaway place.
Check in area extremely crowded. Quite congested to handle crowds for such a big property. Poor hygiene and cleanliness of rooms. Carpets filled with dust and dirt and around the floor in general as well. Fowl odor in bathroom. Unclear information on rooms having shared balconies with absolutely zero view whilst doing bookings. Room furniture very dated and worn out. Room amenities all under maintained! ( had to approach hotel staff time and again to fix issues like - nonfunctional safe , TV , malfunction of bathroom blinds - unable to solve ) . Extremely dated bathtub / jacuzzi in the bathroom. Unclear regarding having to pay high extra amounts to be seated outdoors by the pool side to be part of some show on every evenings of our stay! Common hotel property unavailable due this reason and not mentioned anywhere while booking. Breakfast area extremely crowded and hotel staff is unable to manage holiday seasons crowds. Very difficult to find a decent table. Staff on Live counters in the outdoor seating extremely lost and unable to manage any orders. Serving orders to people out of queue and no discipline maintained . Had to stand in person despite placing orders twice for a simple item. On an all - had to waste a lot of time in check in and getting rooms cleaned and changed and calling staff for every small thing to be fixed in the room. Restaurant’s food is okay but way overpriced for everything - we tried all their resto’s - not justified on the prices!
